If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of purchase you will be given a full refund of any fees you have paid us, excluding any third party fees, e.g. domain name registrar/registry fees or fees for SSL certificates or e-commerce software or web design charges.

All cancellations must be received in writing before the end of the 30th day following purchase, and may be sent by post, fax or e-mail and must include your customer code and account password.

This policy only applies to our e-mail hosting plans and Web hosting plans.

Customers who repeatedly sign-up and cancel their services under this guarantee, in order to avoid payment, will be ineligible for a refund.
